At Lemoore Union High School District, we recognize that no two brains learn in exactly the same way. This natural variation—known as neurodiversity—includes a wide range of learning differences such as dyslexia, ADHD, and other diverse learning needs. We are committed to celebrating these differences and ensuring that every student has access to the tools, support, and instruction they need to thrive.
Beginning in the 2025–26 school year, and in alignment with California Education Code 234.5(c), LUHSD is expanding access to high-quality information and resources to help families better understand neurodiversity.
At LUHSD, we believe that every learner brings unique gifts—and we are intentionally building systems that recognize, honor, and support those strengths. By embracing neurodiversity, we create schools where all students can learn, grow, and succeed.
